  • Resident Engineer
    Responsibilities

    • • Provide 24x7 operational support for server, storage, network, database and application.
    • • Establish adequate monitoring using available tools and scripts/systems to prevent system unavailability.
    • • Provide technical assistance to the project team.
    • • Perform fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution, recovery and root cause analysis for incidents relating to technical issues at the data centre.
    • • Conduct monthly preventive maintenance and prepare reports for each component.
    • • Perform data collection related capacity planning & performance management.
    • • Track and drive patch management & software upgrades to ensure systems patches are kept up to date.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • • Coordinate, consult and liaise with employment and advertising agencies on service fees and placement of recruitment advertisements.
    • • Assist in screening and listing candidates for Management consideration.
    • • Schedule an appointment.
    • • Conduct exit interview.
    • • Salary and Benefit Administration.
    • • Store information in the Human Resource Information System and compile reports from the database when needed.
    • • Coordinate administrative benefits to include claim processing and payment invoices.
    • • Ensure overtime claims / allowances from various departments are organized and calculated. Monitor surpluses and allowances.
    • • Prepare labor statistics report if required by relevant government departments.
    • • To record and update all files related to salary and ensure these files are properly stored for inspection by the Auditor or the Department of Labor.
